Last Friday Joe Biden announced an executive order to look into packing the US Supreme Court.
The Executive Order on the Establishment of the Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court of the United States is accessible via The White House webpage. This Executive Order creates a Commission, composed of not more than 36 members all appointed by the President, to provide an analysis on Supreme Court reform including court-packing, judicial term limits and other proposals.
