The young daughter of slain Capitol Police Officer William “Billy” Evans wiped her mother’s tears as her father lied in honor at the Capitol on Tuesday.
Billy Evans was lying in honor in the Capitol Rotunda Tuesday in a tribute to the officer who was killed in the line of duty.
