Canadian Judge Orders Google to Identify Creator of Website Criticizing Antifa

A judge in Nova Scotia has ordered Google to turn over the identity of the creator of a website that criticizes Antifa over accusations of “cyber bullying.”

The website, which is no longer online, was a blog about far-left extremists, called “Antifa: Exposed.”

Breitbart News reports that the request for the website owner’s identity comes after a complaint from a Nova Scotia couple, Darius Mirshahi and Sakura Saunders, who the blog had alleged were leaders in a Canadian branch of the far-left anarcho-communist Antifa group.

The Breitbart report notes that Saunders, “described as a social justice activist in court filings, is an American-born far-left activist and her anarchy-themed wedding to her partner was detailed in 2012 by alternative Edmonton-based newspaper Vue Weekly.”
