The recall appears to be working.
Embattled Governor Gavin Newsom (D-CA) was spotted this week cleaning up trash along the 110 freeway in Los Angeles as a recall election to oust him looms.

More than 2 million Californians signed the petition to recall Newsom to boot him from office.
Despite what Newsom says, it’s not a vast right-wing conspiracy to oust him from office. A significant number of people who signed the recall petition are Democrats and Independents.
