Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Demands Kevin McCarthy Do Something About Marjorie Taylor Greene Over Two Year Old Video of Playful Protest of MTG Speaking Through Mail Slot of AOC’s Locked Congressional Office Door
Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NT) freaked out online after CNN published a two years old video of a playful protest by then citizen Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) (who joined AOC in Congress in 2021) and a group of fellow Trump supporters talking to the then newly elected progressive political star Ocasio-Cortez through the mail slot of her locked Congressional office on Capitol Hill.
Greene is seen talking in a normal voice–not yelling or threatening– about several issues and throwing in a few mild insults. The protesters are also seen writing messages in the guest book stationed outside the office, including drawing a picture of a border wall. In a comment posted online Friday about the video, Ocasio-Cortez demanded House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy do something about Greene.
