Illegal Alien with History of Lewd Exposure Arrested For Armed Home Invasion and Violent Rape of 82-Year-Old Florida Woman
Stuart, Florida – An illegal alien from Guatemala was recently arrested for violently raping an 82-year-old Florida woman.
20-year-old Marvin Ailon-Mendoza entered the elderly woman’s condo, used binding equipment to tie the victim’s hands and violently raped her for 45 minutes.
The victim told police that she was awakened in her Hidden Harbor Estates senior community home by a masked intruder around 3 AM last week and then he raped her.
“We have every reason to be suspicious that this was not his first time,” Sheriff William Snyder said. “The fact that he was armed, the fact that he got into the house without any sign of forced entry, the fact that he had binding material that he brought with him all speaks to the issue that there may be other victims.
