Crooked Manhattan DA Cy Vance Convenes Special Grand Jury to Consider Charges in Trump Organization Probe
Crooked Manhattan DA Cy Vance convened a special grand jury that is expected to consider whether to indict President Trump in the SDNY’s probe of the Trump Organization, The Associated Press reported.
The Washington Post, citing two people familiar with the matter, reported that the panel could also indict other executives at the Trump Organization.
The grand jury will sit for three days a week for six months, according to the newspaper.

Vance has been using an investigative grand jury through the course of his probe to issue subpoenas and obtain documents. That panel kept working while other grand juries and court activities were shut down because of the coronavirus pandemic.
