TODAY: 4:45 P.M. Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Special Meeting – POSSIBLE ACTION RE: ELECTION SUBPOENA, COMPLIANCE, AND LITIGATION.
The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors will hold a special meeting today at 4:45 p.m. to discuss possible action regarding election subpoena, compliance, and litigation.
Last month, The Gateway Pundit reported that Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich dropped the hammer on the County Supervisors, giving them 30 days to comply with legislative subpoenas for routers, splunk logs, access keys, etc., or lose millions of dollars in state shared revenues.
Now, this deadline is less than ten days away and the County needs to make its next move.
Maricopa County’s meeting will take place at the seventh floor conference room/auditorium at 301 w Jefferson Street Phoenix,
