BREAKING: Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich Sends Letter To Maricopa County – FIRST REQUEST: Preservation Of Evidence/Litigation Hold
Arizona Attorney General Mark Brnovich has begun his investigation into the Arizona audit report, sending letters to both Maricopa County and the Arizona Senate.
On Monday, the County received a litigation hold notice requesting the preservation of all documents and data related to the election.
More evidence was requested from the Arizona Senate before Mark Brnovich proceeds with a criminal investigation.
AG Brnovich sent a series of tweets today to assure the Nation that the evidence will be thoroughly reviewed by his office.
This week, my office sent a letter to the Arizona Senate requesting supporting documents from the report released last week.
