Biden also temporarily transferred power to Kamala Harris for the brief period of time when he is under anesthesia while getting a colonoscopy on Friday.
Biden’s doctor claims Dementia Joe is vigorous, healthy and ‘fit for duty’ despite obvious signs of cognitive decline.
“President Biden remains a healthy, vigorous, 78-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief,” Dr. O’Connor wrote.
