On Friday, The Gateway Pundit reported on a NewsNation reporter who was arrested while shooting a live segment from a gymnasium in Ohio. It was later revealed that this arrest was related to a train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio on February 4, involving 20 tankers of a dangerous chemical called vinyl chloride. Eventually, the chemicals were released into the air, causing residents to evacuate. Now, it has been revealed that there were more chemicals on board the train than initially thought.

The EPA sent a letter to Norfolk Southern stating that ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylhexyl acrylate and isobutylene were also found in the derailed cars. Ethylhexyl acrylate is particularly concerning as it is a carcinogen and contact with it can cause burning and irritation in the skin and eyes. Isobutylene can cause dizziness and drowsiness when inhaled. Shockingly, a hazardous materials specialist has said that the incident was “basically nuked a town with chemicals so we could get a railroad open.”
