UPDATE Gunfire Reported: U.S. Capitol on Lockdown After Car Crashes Barrier (Two Police Officers Injured)
The U.S. Capitol is under a lockdown after a car crashed into a security barrier near the building located on Constitution Avenue. A Congressional reporter posted a copy of the alert sent out as well as video of the police response as seen from the East Front of the Capitol on the House side.
