Hursti was recently in the news after being selected one of three auditors in the partisan audit team selected by New Hampshire officials. Hursti’s fellow auditors who selected him for the job have ties to both Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi (D) and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D).
