Joe Biden held his first press conference in a year. They must have adjusted his meds enough to trust him to come out and talk for 45 minutes.
During the presser, Joe Biden blamed Trump, Mitch McConnell, and COVID for his disastrous first year.
At one point he started whispering to the microphone again.
