Olavo de Carvalho, Brazilian conservative philosopher, dies at 74 in Richmond, VA

Brazilian conservative philosopher Olavo de Carvalho passed away at 74 on Jan. 24, 2022 at the John Randolph Medical Center Hospital in Richmond, Virginia.
The prominent philosopher was the author of 40 books and was known for his trajectory against communism and marxism in Brazil.
Mr. Carvalho has resided in the United States since 2005. He became known for his books about philosophy, against Marxism and for exposing a power scheme of the Foro de São Paulo, a communist group created by former Brazilian President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva and Fidel Castro, Cuban dictator.
Olavo de Carvalho conducted an online course from his own house, opened in 2009.
