Dem Rep Displays Stunning Lack of Knowledge About Declaration of Independence, Slavery
Democratic Rep. Cori Bush of Missouri — a member of the “squad” of far-left lawmakers — demonstrated her apparent lack of knowledge of American history, on Independence Day no less, when she made false claims about the Founders and slavery.
“The Declaration of Independence was written by enslavers and didn’t recognize Black people as human,” Bush tweeted Tuesday.
“Today is a great day to demand Reparations Now,” she said.
